About Ron Poliwoda

Ron Poliwoda began his real estate appraisal career at Canada Mortgage and Housing Corp (CMHC). He started as a junior appraiser and rose to become a senior appraiser involved in evaluating multi-unit apartment buildings.

Following five years at CMHC Ron moved on to work for commercial appraisal firms in the GTA.

Ron has 15 years of appraisal experience and has appraised residential homes, apartment buildings, commercial sites, commercial buildings, gasoline stations, industrial buildings, mixed-use store/apartments along major commercial corridors and retail plazas.

For the past 8 years, Ron has been running his own appraisal firm as well as completing appraisal assignments for other commercial firms.
